Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact us via email at marylou@totalglamstudio.com 24hrs prior to your appointment. Failing to cancel or reschedule 24hrs prior to your appointment will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Missed appointments will incur a fee half of the service amount. If you miss an appointment you will be required to pay this amount before rebooking. *no refunds will be given for any service performed*
